ADMINISTRATIVE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSISTANT40h | Full time (part time during the summer) | Day shift
We are currently looking for an Administrative and Customer Service Assistant for our Perth Store. Reporting to the Center Manager, the main responsibilities will be to:
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Customer ServiceManage orders from representatives and customers and ensure follow-upPerform invoicing and merchandise returnsMake corrections to accounts receivableFollow up on accounts (accounts and sales)Manage the cash register and close batchesAnswer emailsAll other related tasksJOB REQUIREMENTS: In addition to sharing the philosophy of the company based on family values, the employee must have the following qualifications:
