You will complete a Certificate IV Business qualification over 24 months through a combination of formal training with a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and practical on-the-job experience with Zeal Futures and our host employer, Centennial.
Working out of the corporate office at Fassifern, or on site at Myuna, you will have the opportunity to:
Greet and handle internal and external customer enquiries via phone, email and face to face Carry out general administration tasks including ordering consumables, managing meetings/bookings/calendars, booking travel and accommodation, filing, data entry, developing spreadsheets/presentations and documentation, invoicing and expenses record keeping and more Attend meetings; taking and recording minutes according to company procedures Manage general upkeep and housekeeping tasks within the office/site environments Provide administrative support to assist internal Recruitment, Corporate Relations, Safety, Training and Induction teams Work with computers and various office equipment to effectively carry out your duties Carry out other duties that are within the limits of trainee skills, competence and ability as required What you'll bring to the table...
To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following selection criteria:
Commitment to both on and off the job training Show enthusiasm towards the traineeship and learning opportunity Be punctual, reliable, well presented, and organised Confident communication skills, both verbal and written Have basic knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office suite, and sound computer skills Demonstrate resilience and maintain a positive attitude towards work Ability to problem solve and effectively organise own workload Mandatory Requirements
Willingness to undergo National Police check Willingness to undergo Order 43 Coal Board medical, including Drug and Alcohol screening How to apply
