Location: Woolloongabba, Queensland Type: Fixed Term Contract Job #17374 Salary: A$127,363 Overview An exciting opportunity has come about for a Technical Delivery Coordinator (Infrastructure), for a 24-month Fixed-Term Contract with our commercial client.
The Technical Delivery Coordinator will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless execution of technical projects and services.
You'll act as the central point of communication between teams, manage project timelines, and ensure all technical deliverables are completed on schedule and to the highest standards.
Responsibilities Advise and oversee the efficient allocation and delivery of tasks across various projects and BAU (Business as Usual) teams by working closely with Managers and Team Leaders.
Coordinate and manage the delivery of technical infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with client and business goals.
Work closely with project managers, developers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and efficiency of server and infrastructure-related tasks.
Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful delivery.
Identify and mitigate risks to project delivery and escalate issues as needed.
Manage and maintain project documentation, including schedules, reports, and updates.
Facilitate regular team meetings to track progress and resolve challenges.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders on technical delivery matters.
Support process improvements to optimise project delivery and team collaboration.
Skills 5+ years of experience in a technical delivery or project management role within IT or technology-driven projects, in an infrastructure environment.
Recognised project management qualification (such as CAPM, PMP, MSP, MoP, PMBOK, PRINCE2).
Strong understanding of IT systems, infrastructure, and software development processes.
Experience across the Microsoft Suite (Azure, etc.).
Experience in working in cross-functional teams and large-scale IT projects.
Knowledge of AI, cloud technologies, software development lifecycle (SDLC), or IT infrastructure management.
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Problem-solving mindset and a proactive approach to challenges.
Experience working within the education space would be advantageous.
