Fixed-term contract from January to December 2025 Part-time, Monday to Thursday role working 8.30am - 3.30pm during the academic year Additional flexibility during the school holidays We are seeking a professional, discreet and diligent person to provide administration support to our Senior School. This fixed-term, part-time appointment will work four days per week during the academic year as well as parts of the school holiday period, working 44 weeks of the year. In this busy role, you will provide high quality general administrative assistance as required by the Head of Senior School, providing professional support and a high care approach to Senior School students and families. You will work as a member of the College Administration Team, demonstrating a flexible, team-oriented approach to supporting colleagues and contributing to the College community. Our ideal candidate will have: A professional and confident approach to their work, demonstrating a commitment to the provision of outstanding customer service and administration support; Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to liaise with staff and the broader Wesley Community, showing empathy, composure and discretion; High levels of organisation, efficiency and attention to detail; Ability to prioritise, multi-task and deliver under tight timeframes and pressured situations; Ability to utilise initiative to work independently and problem solve; Advanced computer skills, especially in Word and Excel are essential, as well as the ability to learn new programs; A sense of humour and fun, which suits our school context; A proactive approach, able to work independently and show initiative, whilst also collaborating in a team environment to ensure team objectives are achieved; Ability to work flexible hours as required; Other duties as requested by the Head of Senior School.
