Key Responsibilities and Functions Provide general administrative support and customer service duties for Council's Town Planning team.Assist in the preparation and processing of Planning documents.Maintain records and provide timely production of reports for Council.Provide customer point of contact for Planning including Planning enquiries.Receive, assess and initiate action on enquiries and requests.Assist in the management and maintenance of databases.Research basic issues and prepare routine reports.Respond to routine correspondence on behalf of the Team and undertake follow-up action on outstanding correspondence or reports.Follow up action officer lists.Minimum Requirements: Cert II or higher in Business Administration.Prior experience in an administration/clerical/reception-oriented role.Good written and oral communication skills.Competent in the application of Microsoft software applications.Desirable qualifications and experience: Prior experience in the Town Planning industry.To discuss this position please contact Amanda Mathers, Team Leader Administration on: ****** or 0358 719 222.
