1 x full time permanent Administration Support Officer position and 1 x temporary Administration Support Officer (for a 6 month period, possibly longer) are now available to join the Administration Team in the Operations Department. We are looking for experienced Administrators with great computer software skills, team orientated, attention to detail and all-round flexibility to support and be part of the team. ABOUT THE ROLE Administrators will be working with the operations department providing various tasks of support. Based in our Cobram office, you will be responsible for: Ensure timely processing of invoices, internal requisitions and goods receipts for the Operations Department. Provide timely and effective general administrative support to the Operations Department. Assist in the development, upkeep and maintenance of databases, and generate reports as required. Receive, assess and initiate action on inquires and requests for the Operations Department. Research issues and assist in the preparation of various reports for the Operations Department. Ensure all reports, enquiries and correspondence is acted on in a timely and effective manner. Provide accurate and timely information to members of the public, community groups, ratepayers etc. Undertake other administrative duties as directed by the Manager Operations and Team Leader Administration (Operations).
