Administration Support – Insurance Broking Aon is looking for someone to assist in the delivery of best in class insurance and risk management solutions for mid-market clients.
Tasked with a variety of administration tasks pertaining to customer insurance policy renewals, you will work closely with our Insurance Brokers and have exposure to a broad client portfolio.
Based from Melbourne, you will support our Launceston team.
The Opportunity You will provide insurance administration support to our Brokers, whilst providing outstanding customer service to both internal and external stakeholders. This role is key to the success of our team and ensuring client satisfaction.
Some of your responsibilities include:
Administration support to our Brokers Insurance policy renewal processing Endorsements Certificates of Currency Claims management Preparation of quotation & placement slips Compiling reports Preparing insurance correspondence Updating and confirming client information Communicating with insurers and clients via phone and email About You This is an ideal role for someone who is looking to kick start or grow their insurance career; full training and ongoing mentoring will be provided. We are looking for someone who can relate to the following:
