We are currently seeking a reliable and friendly individual to join us as Administration Support on a part-time basis. In this role, you will be responsible for day-to-day reception duties and office services, acting as the first point of contact for our visitors.
Availability: 3 days per week, 9 AM to 3 PM (Monday is required)
Snapshot of Your Day:

Coordinate the onsite maintenance schedule for contractors, ensuring a professional image and excellent customer service.
Perform administrative functions for the Distribution Centre with attention to accuracy and high standards.
Provide reception duties and administration support, including payroll and accounts.
Assist the Director with daily tasks and administrative duties.
Support Distribution Centre staff with compliance and risk management.
Word-process reports, quotations, correspondence, and assist with spreadsheet and database processing.
Coordinate functions, travel arrangements, and maintain office supplies and equipment.

What You Must Possess:

Strong organisational and time management skills.
Excellent administration skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of staff and visitors.
High customer service focus.
SAP experience is preferred.
