MPV Sandblasting and Coating Services is seeking an experienced Administration / Storeperson to join our team in Gladstone, Queensland. This full-time position will see you providing vital administrative and operational support to our growing business.
Key Responsibilities
Asset Management Maintaining accurate inventory records and assisting with stock control and management Coordinating the ordering of materials and supplies to ensure the smooth running of operations Ensuring the office and warehouse areas are kept clean, tidy and well-organised Providing general support to the management team as required Performing a range of administrative duties, including data entry, filing, answering phone calls and responding to customer enquiries What we're looking for

Previous experience in an administrative or store person role, preferably within a similar industrial or manufacturing environment Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word and Outlook Experience with Job management apps, Xero Strong work ethic A keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain accurate records and inventory Minimum of 3 years experience as an Administration Officer Drivers Licence What we offer
