Position: Permanent Full-Time School Officer (Term Time) Join Our Office Administration Team! Are you passionate about learning and teaching? Do you have experience as a school office administrator? We are seeking a dedicated individual to fill the role of School Officer, working full-time during school terms, with optional additional weeks approved by the College Business Manager.
Key Responsibilities: Managing student inquiries at the reception.Handling absentee reporting.Checking roles.Providing administrative assistance to the Middle Leadership Team.Supporting the Senior Leadership Team with administrative tasks.Undertaking any other tasks as requested by the College Leadership Team, in line with your skills and abilities.Minimum Requirements: Hold a Paid Employee Positive Notice Blue Card prior to commencement.Be eligible to work in Australia for the duration of the appointment.Have a commitment to and understanding of the ethos and traditions of Catholic Education.The Archdiocese of Brisbane has standards of conduct for workers to maintain a safe and healthy environment for children. Our commitment to these standards requires that we conduct Working With Children (WWC) and background referencing for all persons who will engage in direct and regular involvement with children and young people and/or adults-at-risk.
