Key Responsibilities: Manage and adjust rosters to ensure seamless daily operations.
Handle rescheduling for staff or participant absences.
Provide general administrative support to the team and management.
Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism and care.
Create and manage engaging social media content to showcase our work and connect with our audience.
Maintain accurate and organized records.
Collaborate with the team to ensure coverage and smooth handovers.
Learn and operate our scheduling system.
Assist with compliance documentation and audits.
What We're Looking For: Proven experience in administration or a similar support role.
Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Creativity and experience in social media marketing or content creation.
A quick learner, ready to adopt new systems and processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A flexible, proactive approach to problem-solving.
Experience with compliance documentation or NDIS is a bonus but not essential.
