Part Time – 21 hours a week (3 days a week)
We are looking for a motivated individual who can bring a mixture of administration and financial skillsets to assist our participants and provide the best financial management out of their NDIS plans.
Duties and responsibilities Manage the NDIS funding for supports under a participant's planAssist Participants in a responsive, supportive approachProcess the participants invoices and reimbursements through the Plan Management Software.Assist in monitoring the participants budgets and provide guidance on remaining budget.Complete reconciliations between funding portal and Plan Management Software and make corrections where necessary.Assist participants in relation to their monthly budget statements and any queries they might have.Support and provide information to the finance team, when necessary, to ensure suppliers are paid on time and correctly.Contribute proactively to a dynamic, adaptable work team Your skills and knowledge Finance or Accounts Background with experience in reconciliations, transactional data capture.Preferable knowledge of practice and guidelines as they relate to the NDIS and Plan Management or ability to acquire easily.Experience in customer service and ability to communicate firsthand with our participants to ensure their queries can be responded to promptlyInitiative, strong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsAbility to analyse problems and provide meaningful solutions Key facts about the position: Part time, $30 per hourFlexible and family friendly workplace.
