Our client is seeking motivated and detail-oriented Administration Officers to join their team and support a range of key administrative functions.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: Provide general administrative support, including data entry, filing, and document management.
Prepare and format correspondence, reports, and other related documents.
Respond to internal and external enquiries, ensuring timely and professional communication.
Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and assist with coordination of events.
Maintain accurate records and update information systems as required.
Support other team members with ad-hoc administrative tasks.
About you: Previous experience in an administration or office support role.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
High attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
