Due to growth in the market, we are currently seeking experienced administrators to join our amazing clients. Your duties will include but not be limited to:
Providing general administrative supportData entryGeneral reception dutiesMonitoring email inbox/ answering phone callsBookkeeping duties, using Xero or MYOBAccounts payable/accounts receivableAbout you!
• Previous experience in a customer service/administrator role
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Experience using MS Word & Excel
• Positive can-do attitude
• Accurate data entry skills
