Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support) You will complete a Certificate III Business qualification over 12 months through a combination of formal training with a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and practical on-the-job experience with Zeal Futures and our host employer, Shoalhaven City Council.
Throughout your formal training and practical experience in the workplace, you will have the opportunity to: Handle a range of customer enquiries via phone, email, and face to face.
Perform general administrative duties ad hoc, inclusive of mail, filing, and data entry.
Generate reports from client management systems.
Work on computers to use various software tools to assist with record keeping and generating reports.
Carry out other duties that are within the limits of trainee skills, competence, and ability as required.
What you'll bring to the table... To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following selection criteria: Commitment to both on and off the job training until completion.
Show enthusiasm towards the traineeship and learning opportunity.
Good, clear communication skills, both verbal and written.
Keen to learn.
Mandatory Requirements Willingness to undergo a standard medical, audiometry, spirometry, drug and alcohol screening, and a functional capacity assessment.
