Your responsibilities will include: Managing processes and controls to ensure the timely and accurate submission of over 1,300 weekly timesheets Acting as the primary point of contact for users of the timesheet system and responding on queries raised via the Timesheet Inbox Taking ownership over timesheet-related policies, processes and user guides Operating and maintaining tools that monitor timesheet submission and approval Reporting on timesheet submission rates and escalating deadline breaches to management Verifying the integrity of timesheet data (including reasonableness checks against Enterprise Agreement entitlements) and arranging corrections Managing Time-Off-in-Lieu entitlements and accruals and roster adjustments are properly captured Arranging timesheet uploads for those without system access Coordinating amendments to timesheet hours as requested by project management and support officers About you: Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow through and investigate issues with a thorough, methodological approach Intermediate skills and experience in the use of MS Office and other relevant software packages and applications Ability to work as an effective team member in a professional environment Willingness to constantly update knowledge in a dynamic environment Extensive knowledge of time recording practices and tools, preferably in a project-based environment (desirable) Significant experience working in a corporate finance function (desirable) Special Requirements: Applicants must be Australian Citizens and are required to hold and maintain AGSVAR security clearance at the required level.
