• Temporary Full-time opportunity until 30th June 2025.This position supervises and coordinates administrative systems for Oral Health Services within the West Moreton Hospital and Health Service. Coordinate and effectively manage administration resources for Oral Health in line with the Service's strategic plan and the clinical service plan for Oral Health.About youOur ideal candidate will be someone who can demonstrate the following:Well-developed understanding of the policy frameworks, waiting list guidelines, and standard range of treatment for public dental care in Queensland and effectively distribute available resources to maximise care to the community.Ability to use data, reports, and feedback to identify areas for improvement and plan, implement and evaluate Quality Improvement activities that deliver meaningful improvements for patients and staff.Leadership, negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate others to resolve conflicts over priorities and resources. This includes change management skills appropriate to a Leader of Others in an environment of significant growth and evolution.Ability to work as an effective member of the leadership team.Able to effectively deliver and receive feedback, coach and develop high performing teams and implement supportive performance improvement strategies.Demonstrated ability to prioritise and organise workloads, meet competing demands and act in a timely and responsive fashion to emerging and ongoing challenges.West Moreton Health is one of the most rapidly evolving health services in the south east corner, with a community growth expected to almost double to more than 588,000 by 2036.
