Administration Officer with Sustaining NSW Families About us: The successful candidate will join the Sustaining NSW Families team, which includes Child and Family Health Nurses and Allied Health professionals.
This service is dedicated to supporting vulnerable families with children and babies up to 2 years old.
The role will see you working across Newcastle, Lake Macquarie, Port Stephens, and the Lower Coast regions.
As part of the position, the candidate will be required to travel between various centres to provide comprehensive and consistent support to families in these communities.
About the position:
The Sustaining NSW Families Administration Officer will provide efficient administration support essential to the functioning of the sustaining NSW Families Program.
The Administration Officer will work closely with the Clinical Coordinator and Sustaining NSW Families' multidisciplinary team to provide timely and accurate administrative services as well as clerical support for members of the nursing and allied health team.The administration officer will be required to do administrative roles, and have demonstrated experience with various computer programs and systems.Deliver high-quality customer service as a person of first contact for clients, clinicians, and multi-disciplinary stakeholders.The role will be supported by the NUM and the Manager.Ongoing training and education will be supported to offer growth and development in this role.About you:
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and possess strong interpersonal skills.
They should be able to follow instructions carefully while also demonstrating the ability to take initiative and work independently when required.
Being outgoing and adaptable, the candidate should thrive in dynamic environments, and maintain a positive attitude.
The ability to prioritise tasks, manage time efficiently, and communicate effectively with team members is essential for success in this role.
