Administration Officer - Staff Scheduler

Administration Officer - Staff SchedulerPermanent or Part-time (20 hours per week)
Subee PL is looking for two experienced office administrators/Schedulers to manage staff rostering for services provided to Aged Care and Disability clients within the local Coffs Harbour area.
Successful applicants need to have excellent verbal and written communication skills, outstanding problem-solving abilities, and effective conflict resolution skills with an ability to work as part of a team.
Empathy and consideration for the unique needs of our clients is a must.
You will work closely with our Team Leader and Service Coordinators to meet the needs of our clients, with a 20 hrs per week rotating on-call roster.
Necessary QualificationsAt least 1 year of administration experienceAt least 1 year of Microsoft Office experienceDesired QualificationsRostering/Scheduling experience is beneficial.
