Administration Officer - Project Support (PLP) Administrative Assistants (Administration & Office Support)
City of Prospect is seeking an Administration Officer to join the team supporting the Prospect Lifestyle Precinct (PLP) project. In this fixed-term role for 2 years, you will provide essential support, coordination, and scheduling to the Strategic Project Manager to bring the project's vision to life.
Responsibilities: Be the first point of contact for stakeholders within the Council and externally; Provide general administration support to the Strategic Project Manager; Assist with customer requests and scheduling of consultation meetings; Organise and coordinate various groups' scheduling, agendas, minutes, and action items. Requirements: Qualifications or strong experience in Business Administration; Experience in coordinating meetings, appointments, and calendars for multiple groups; Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
