About the Role Reporting to the Production Manager, a unique opportunity exists for an experienced Administration Officer within the Production team at the Greenbushes mine site. We can offer flexible working hours for the right candidate, including those that would suit school drop off/pick up commitments. Primary Responsibilities: Providing administration support to the Technical and Operations teams of the Production Department; Raising purchase requisitions and other functions using SAP; Minuting and coordinating meetings for the Processing Department; Assisting with data entry and document control; Supporting and coaching trainees; and Organisation of training for team members and other events. About the Candidate We are looking for a safety focused, proactive and positive individual who is willing to learn and support the Production team. To be successful in this role you will need to show, or be ready to learn new skills in: Administration functions; Good communication; and Excellent attention to detail.
