Part Time Admin Officer - Experienced or Trainee 8.00am - 5.00pm - hrs may be negotiable for right applicant4 days/week - Mon, Tue, Wed & ThursSalary negotiable depending on skills & experienceTraineeship availableStart date negotiableAbout the roleWe are looking for a friendly, outgoing, customer service-focused person to join our team.
You will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our busy Auto Repair Workshop.
This role would suit an experienced applicant, candidates looking for a change of career or someone who has recently completed high school.
What you'll be doing Handling customer enquiries and bookings, both in person and over the phonePreparing invoices and receipting customer paymentsReconciling financial transactionsData Entry and Record KeepingAssisting workshop manager with daily workflow requirementsProviding general administrative support to the team as required.What we're looking for Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsCommitment to customer service with a professional phone mannerInitiative and a positive attitudeStrong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasksAttention to detail to ensure accuracyExperience with Microsoft OfficeWillingness to learn and grow in the roleReliable, punctual and possess a good work ethicAbility to work in a small, tightknit teamCurrent Drivers Licence is essential - applicants will not be considered without a current drivers licence.About usWe are a leading provider of high-quality automotive repair and maintenance services in the Dubbo region.
