The Company Our client is a well-known NSW Government organisation who are responsible for helping local communities first-hand.
They pride themselves on providing high quality services and initiatives that enhance living standards and help local communities with reaching their full potential.
They are looking for a passionate and dedicated Administration Officer to join their team in Dubbo ASAP on an initial 6 month contract.
The Job Reporting through to a Business Manager, you will be accountable for: Oversee and manage the operations of the business support unit.
Provide high-level administrative, planning, and operational support.
Offer research and advice to senior management on administrative matters.
Assist with staff management, financial planning, facility management, and information services.
You To be successful for this opportunity, you must have experience in the following areas and possess the below personal qualities: Minimum 2 years experience working in a Clerical and/or Administration Assistant role.
Experience working within the Government and/or a large organisation is ideal.
Strong multitasking skills to confidently work across multiple systems and databases.
Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organisation skills and ability to stay focused in a high-volume environment.
