About the role The role supports the Humanitarian Settlement Program achieve its aims by ensuring the effective delivery of administrative and financial operations, by working closely with our teams, clients and suppliers to enhance capability, resolve issues, build trust, as well as contribute to improvement of business and program processes.
You will provide a wide range of quality administration and program support for the day-to-day priorities and activities delivered by the Humanitarian Settlement Program. You will undertake a variety of tasks in this role, such as financial administration, invoicing, credit card reconciliation, and procurement.
What you will bring Sound ability to implement and maintain good administrative practice and financial systems in an efficient and effective manner.Sound ability to work under general direction as part of a team with the capacity to work independently and adaptively to meet changing program and organisational needs within well established guidelines.Sound computer skills including ability to use MS Word, Excel, Outlook and familiarity with database applications or systems.Thorough knowledge of records management and high attention to detail.Thorough understanding of working with cultural and individual differences effectively and appropriately within a team environment.Great verbal and written communication skills in order to work within a national team and local Perth based team effectively.Why work with us?
