With our Japanese Desk Service in Australia, we work closely with Japanese companies and provide tailored workforce solutions including permanent and contract staffing, recruitment process outsourcing, and payroll outsourcing primarily to Japanese companies across Australia.
We are looking for a dedicated, proactive administrative officer for our client. The ideal candidate can enjoy providing administrative support and general affairs tasks and can work independently and as a team.

Providing support for team members Booking arrangements Various research tasks Purchasing necessary office supplies Managing internal and external application processes Skills and Experience: We are looking for a candidate who demonstrates the following:
Business-level Japanese and English skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work within a team and flexibility to take on various duties. 2-3 years experience in a similar role.
