An opportunity has become available for an experienced person to join our large successful Company as Administration Assistant at Tamworth Livestock Office. Reporting to the Administration Manager, you will be required to utilise your administration and people skills and will mediate with Managers and employees on all day-to-day activities.
Key Responsibilities (not limited to): Data Entry including some work involving numbers. Organization of stock and orders in the store. Assist in maintaining files. Basic administration duties including filing, photocopying, and word processing. At times, you may be required to lift up to 5kgs (boxes onto trolleys). Skills & Experience: Previous administration experience. The ideal candidate will be capable of working within a team, as well as independently. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Ability to meet deadlines. Computer literate with accurate data entry skills. Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality. Ideally be positive in nature, proactive, and keen to learn. Please note: Due to our strict biosecurity requirements, you must not have any birds, pigs, or poultry at home and be willing to maintain our quarantine policy and procedures.
