The key purpose of this role is to assist our Tasmanian region in maintaining accurate and reliable stock inventories within the ERP live systems, as well as ensuring administrative tasks related to weigh bridge functions and processing of customer orders aligns with company standards. Part Time role working 5 days per week across 22.80 hrs per week on site at Convenient Pakenham Location. Flexible hours.In return for your skills and commitment, the Ridley team offers a warm culture, a supportive team and great benefits including:Training and development opportunities, including study assistanceCompetitive wages and employment conditionsSalary continuance insuranceEmployee Share SchemeCorporate health plan with BUPA Health InsuranceEmployee Assistance ProgramConvenient onsite parkingThe key responsibilities for this position include:Ensure that the daily administration processing procedures are followed per national timeframes and guidelines.Run and analyse inventory reports to ensure data integrity is maintained.Complete all inbound receival checking and verification.Management of weighbridge and transport bookings for Pakenham site.Enter customer sales orders into ERP system accurately and promptly as required.Order and maintain non-stock items inventory.Create quotes and follow up with suppliers/ contractors especially for maintenance department.Work with maintenance department to manage the work orders.Verify and enter invoices into the accounts payable system.Providing sales and service administrative support as required to maintain key stakeholder relationships.To be considered for the role you will have:Experience in inventory and administration functions.Previous experience working in an office, ideally in a manufacturing environment.Demonstrated understanding of Microsoft Office systems, ideally AX / D365 or similar.Strong verbal, negotiation and written communication skills.Ability to relate to all levels of management.High attention to detail.A positive attitude and eagerness to learn.Excellent organisational and time management skills.Strong problem-solving skills.Experience in general accounting (desirable).If this is you, please visit www.ridley.com.au/about/vacancies and provide both your resume and cover letter.
