Emergency and Clinical Support Services are looking for an Administration Officer to join their Pharmacy team.
You will be responsible for delivering reception and administrative support to the Logan Beaudesert Health Service Pharmacies and their staff.
Ensure the provision of accurate, confidential, timely, and professional information and assistance to both clients and staff across all Logan Beaudesert Health Service Pharmacies, as well as to external agencies.

About the Role Act as a primary point of contact for the pharmacy department for all incoming and outgoing communication with the provision of full reception services to patients.
This includes examining, prioritising and managing the flow of communication.Collation of daily pharmacy collections to be forwarded to Trust Office and reconciliation against external report.Actively participate in a working environment supporting quality human resource management practices including employment equity, anti-discrimination, workplace health and safety, and ethical behaviour.Demonstrate how collaboration has inspired innovation and improvement and how embracing change has led to success and achievements.Our values of Integrity, Compassion, Accountability, Respect, Engagement and Excellence, shape our culture within Metro South Health.
