Search Current PositionsWe are looking for an Enthusiastic Administration Officer to join our dynamic, fast paced office team in Townsville. The successful candidate must be a strong team player, must have a passion for working with people and must want to provide exceptional customer service. Effective communication skills are essential; this includes strong listening skills.
This is a busy role and you will need to enjoy the structure of following processes and procedures and have at least 1 year experience in a similar administrative position. Applicants with experience in the Community Aged Care Industry will be highly regarded.
The successful applicant will manage the administrative functions of the Right at Home Townsville office. These duties would include, but not limited to: Administrative support to the Recruitment, Directors and Coordination teamsAssist with incoming phone calls and face to face enquiries in a busy office environmentData entry including scanning and uploading of confidential client and employee informationRegular reporting and compliance to meet auditing requirementsManage outlook calendar bookingsGeneral Administration Duties - Monitoring and replying to emails, maintaining office supplies, data entry, scanning and filingAbility to earn and interchange between multiple computer programsAbout you: Confident to work independentlyExcellent written and verbal communication skillsWell organised, disciplined and grasps new concepts quicklyCalm and professional manner, flexible and adaptableAdvanced skills in Microsoft suiteCollaborative and supportive team memberDemonstrated ability to effectively time manage, plan and prioritise a high volume of tasksDemonstrated experience in recruitment and on-boarding preferredWorking Hours: This Position is a Monday to Thursday, 8:30am - 4:30pm
Job Type: Permanent Part-time, 30hrs per week
