Join the Followmont Transport Family as an Administration Assistant in our Townsville Depot. As an Administration Assistant, you are an integral part of our customer experience, and this role would suit a proactive, organized, self-starter, with a positive & enthusiastic energy to add to our close-knit team.
The Role: Full Time role | Monday to Friday | 10:00am start time Effectively manage a high volume of data entry, assist with compliance, PODs, drivers' run sheets, ensure loads of dangerous goods are compatible, and provide pallet correspondence. Provide exceptional service at every opportunity by building relationships and rapport with your customers, both internal and external. Provide detailed tracking and reporting on freight movements and deliveries, including reporting on misdirected freight. No experience or industry knowledge required - We will train you!
