This role sits at front of house as the first point of contact within the Reception of the O'Brien Centre which is home to the Inner City Health Stream (Mental Health, Homeless Health and Alcohol & Drug).The main duties include: meeting and greeting clients and other visitors, maintaining the reception area as a tidy, welcoming area for clients, responding appropriately to a high volume of phone calls, emails and in person requests.The Administrative Officer will also work as part of an overall administration team and assist with supporting their team members.Diversity and Inclusion at St Vincent's:St Vincent's is committed to employing a workforce that reflects the community we care for.
