Providing administrative support to management and team members Answering telephone calls and/or emails, handling enquiries, and directing callers to the appropriate person Co-ordinating and maintaining office supplies and stock Providing prequalification, tendering and other administration support tasks Formatting / drafting / updating and developing administrative systems and documents to make them more efficient Assisting to maintain the day-to-day operations of the company You will be supplied with:

THE ESSENTIALS Training and certificates essential for this role include:
Drivers licence Certificate III in Business and a willingness to undertake further study Skills essential for this role include: Demonstrated previous experience in administrative roles and other business support tasks Diligent with a key eye for detail and high level of accuracy Excellent communication and organisational skills Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality, data driven, and results oriented Highly developed interpersonal skills to build effective relationship with customers Thirst for knowledge and always willing to learn Confident working independently as well as collaboratively as part of the WLSS team A can-do attitude, punctual, and reliable Proficient in using MS Office / Windows, Google Suite, and other business-related software THE DESIRABLES Highly desirable skills include:
