Serve as the studio's friendly first point of contact, warmly welcoming visitors and providing refreshments.Supervise front-of-house duties, including answering and directing calls.Keep reception and shared areas tidy and well-organized.Handle message distribution and arrange postal and courier services.Manage meeting room bookings and coordinate orders for office supplies and catering needs.Support with PA tasks, such as arranging travel and scheduling event attendance.Offer assistance to the broader administration team when needed.The Criteria Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.Ability to effectively prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.Availability for a full-time position during studio hours of 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.Basic familiarity with InDesign and Photoshop is a plus but not mandatory.Please call Tara Stokes @ GOUGH on 0419 280 999 or simply hit APPLY NOW.
