About the role As a compliance administrator, you will be a driving force behind our Essential Safety Measures (ESM) and Fire and Life Safety Process. You will be instrumental in guiding our clients through the compliance process with ease. Pro-active problem solving, communication and attention to detail are key skills utilised on a daily basis.
Previous experience in the Fire Safety/Compliance Industry is not essential, as support and training will be provided; however, you will need a thirst to learn new skills.
An overview of the key responsibilities include Follow-up and processing of building compliance and maintenance related documentation.Responding to email and telephone queries as required regarding compliance and legislation requirementsLiaising with key stakeholders, including building & facility managers, contractors and internal staffAbout you Experience in administrationWell organised and proficientDemonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in the Microsoft Office Package and the ability to learn and adapt to in-house operating systemsA strong eye for attention to detailAbility to work autonomously and as a teamPerks of the Role Enjoy the flexibility of working from home 2 days a week after your initial training/probationary period, allowing you to find the perfect work-life balance.
