Based in Pirie St in the heart of Adelaide CBD, this Full time permanent opportunity will see you providing administration support to Adbri Executive Assistant(s) who support the Executive Team, as well as assist the running of the Corporate office and meeting rooms.

Responsibilities Assist in the management of the Corporate Pirie Street Office.Attend to visitors and monitor voicemails.Monthly reconciliation of corporate credit cards.Assist with raising and receipting of purchase orders.Resolve internal and external customer queries.General office duties including mail distribution, document management and ordering of office supplies.Equipment maintenance and courier services.What you will need to succeed Ability to interact in a friendly and professional manner at all times.Excellent time management and organisational skills to work in a busy office environment.Problem solving and analytical skills with high attention to detail.Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel software.SAP and Docusign experience beneficial.Effective communication skills with external and internal stakeholders.Our business Adbri Limited is a construction materials and industrial minerals manufacturing company that has been building a better Australia since 1882.
