Providing administrative support to management and team membersAnswering telephone calls and/or emails, handling enquiries, and directing callers to the appropriate personCo-ordinating and maintaining office supplies and stockProviding prequalification, tendering and other administration support tasksFormatting / drafting / updating and developing administrative systems and documents to make them more efficientAssisting to maintain the day-to-day operations of the companyYou will be supplied with:

THE ESSENTIALS Training and certificates essential for this role include:
Drivers licenceCertificate III in Business and a willingness to undertake further studySkills essential for this role include:Demonstrated previous experience in administrative roles and other business support tasksDiligent with a key eye for detail and high level of accuracyExcellent communication and organisational skillsAbility to maintain the highest level of confidentiality, data driven, and results orientedHighly developed interpersonal skills to build effective relationship with customersThirst for knowledge and always willing to learnConfident working independently as well as collaboratively as part of the WLSS teamA can-do attitude, punctual, and reliableProficient in using MS Office / Windows, Google Suite, and other business-related softwareTHE DESIRABLES Highly desirable skills include:
