The Administration Officer is responsible for providing effective administration and reception services. About You The ideal candidate will have: Previous experience working in administration Previous experience in providing a high level of customer/client service Sound knowledge of administrative systems High level communication skills (verbal and written) Demonstrated ability to work in a highly confidential manner Excellent organisational and time management skills Ability to manage conflicting priorities and meet deadlines Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a collaborative manner High level of ability in the use of Microsoft Office and Information Technology
