The Role   Centacare offers a fixed-term opportunity till 30th June 2025 for an Administration Officer at the Sturt Centre in Murray Bridge.
The days and hours for this part-time role (0.4 FTE) are flexible and can be negotiated to fit within the working days of Monday to Thursday.
In this position, you will collaborate with the administration team within the Mental Health, Counselling, and Wellbeing Services unit and report directly to the Administration Manager.
Your responsibilities will include providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to the corporate and service delivery areas with the possibility of reception duties including welcoming visitors and clients.
Responsibilities:   Assist in creating and maintaining client records, appointment bookings, communications, and other data.
Perform reception duties, welcoming clients and visitors professionally.
Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately.
Respond to inquiries from clients, colleagues, other services, and the community while maintaining confidentiality.
Provide administrative support to the Administration Manager and other Mental Health, Counselling, and Wellbeing services.
Handle invoicing and purchase site resources.
About you   You're an admin superstar with a diverse range of administrative skills and a keen eye for detail.
Your outgoing and friendly personality enables you to connect and communicate effectively with people from various cultures.
As a proactive self-starter, you excel at multitasking and working efficiently in any environment.
Essential Experienced in performing a wide range of administrative tasks with excellent attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively within a team environment and independent.
Strong time management and organizational skills, capable of prioritizing multiple tasks.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and computer literacy.
Outgoing and friendly personality, adept at communication across diverse range of groups Experience using the Penelope electronic client management system (Desirable) Previous experience in the non-profit or community services sector (Desirable) See attached position description for full details.
