Recruitment Select are seeking a highly skilled and organised Administration Officer to join a friendly and dynamic team in the Strathbogie area.
You will be required to assist & provide backup to the Team Leader Administration.
This role is full-time hours on casual pay with the opportunity to be a permanent member of their team.

Key Responsibilities & DutiesProvide general administration to Operations under the guidance of the Team Leader Administration.Record all data relating to reactive, routine and proactive maintenance by staff and contractors.Register and archive Operations records as per procurement and record keeping requirements.Organise PPE and staff uniform supplies and keep an inventory on such supplies.Answer Works Depot phone calls and handle enquiries.Monitor Occupational Health & Safety within area of responsibility.Undertake any other duties as are reasonable within skills and competency.Essential Key Selection CriteriaExperience in administration preferably in a local government environment.Experience in developing spreadsheets and inputting data.Ability to operate various software packages including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.Ability to act professionally, with honesty, integrity and confidentiality.High level of motivation and proven ability to work effectively in a team environment.Ability to identify problems and use initiative to create solutions.Demonstrated organisational and time management skills.Ability to manage time and to plan and organise own workload.Qualifications & ExperienceManaged simple financial systems, handled correspondence, developed spreadsheets and written reports.Commitment to work at different sites across the municipality.Current Victorian Drivers Licence is desirable.About YouExcellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.High level of motivation and proven ability to work in a team environment.Be able to pass a Police Check.If this opportunity sounds like the one for you, please hit 'Quick Apply' or email your resume to .
