About the role: A fantastic opportunity to join Aurizon as a valued Administrator within our Mechanised Production Team.
You will support the team by performing all round administration duties and payroll responsibilities.
You will be the first point of contact for internal and external enquiries and will take on project work as required.
12 Month Fixed Term ContractProvide administrative support to all facets of the Network businessLiaise with internal and external stakeholders and provide support as requiredProvide support with procurement, purchasing and payroll dutiesPerform a range of database systems processing and administrative functionsEnsure all enquiries are actioned accurately and within a timely mannerAbout you: A natural self-starter with proven administrative experience preferably within a large-scale organisation.
You will be proficient in the use of MS Office and some exposure to SAP would be highly regarded but not essential.
You would have ability to work autonomously and liaise with both internal and external stakeholders; customer service is your passion.
You will be able to demonstrate ability to manage multiple priorities and adjust to changing work demands.
2+ years' experience in a similar administrative support function (preferred)Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to problem solve and provide support function to field-based teamsKnowledge and experience with SAP (highly regarded)Great communication and interpersonal skills!What we offer you: At Aurizon we support the development and growth of our employees.
