The successful candidate must have prior experience in a similar fast paced environment and a working knowledge of administrative practices. You will need to effectively apply these skills and demonstrate a firm understanding of customer service practices and general clerical support duties. Primary Roles and Responsibility Provide a superior customer service experience with a positive attitudeHigh level administrative skillsRespond to customer enquiries and action accordinglyEnsure that requests for assistance are directed to the appropriate staff member in a timely mannerPerform general typing and administrative assignments including scanning filling, and data entry as and when requiredMaintain a good working relationship with the management and staffHandle initial customer inquiries and complaints before passing on furtherCommunicate effectively and courteously with all employees and external customersProvide clerical support to accounts department and managementAssist with the ordering of stationery and office items as and when requiredAny other duty as reasonably directed To be successful you will need to demonstrate: High level Customer service skillsProblem solving and troubleshooting skillsWorking knowledge of data and administrative practices and proceduresAbility to effectively apply clerical practices and proceduresStrong knowledge of MS Office programsAbility to work independently and unsupervisedBe a proactive team member with a dynamic and committed work ethic
