Administration Officer

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Casual Admin Assistant to support two cold store facilities at the Port of Brisbane.

Key Details:Hours: Casual shifts, typically from 9am to 5pm, with availability required between 8am and 6pm.
Occasional weekend work may be needed.Pay Rate: $34–$37 per hour, based on experience (negotiable).
Potential to go permanent.Reporting To: Chain Manager, working alongside one other admin team member.On-Site Role: Remote work is not available.Responsibilities:Perform administrative tasks to support daily operations, including load-out procedures and invoicing.Check product weights upon arrival (experience in the meat industry is beneficial).Maintain records and assist with logistics processes, including import/export activities (desirable but not mandatory).Utilize Microsoft Office and other user-friendly software systems effectively.Conduct occasional warehouse checks in a cold environment (approximately 4°C, with a freezer attached).Requirements:3–5 years of administrative experience.Knowledge of transport and logistics is highly desirable.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant systems.Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.About FIP GroupFIP Group is an Australian owned specialist recruitment and workforce management company with both local and international talent solutions.
