Due to ongoing expansion, we are seeking a full-time Administration Superstar to join our fun and dynamic office located in Bells Creek.
Supporting our Head Office operations, we are offering the successful applicant an opportunity to learn end to end of administration support whilst undertaking a formal qualification and earning while you're learning!!
You will be required to work Monday to Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm
Able to work in a fast pace, busy work environment
Well presented, eager to learn and available to start as soon as possible.
IT savvy with a thorough understanding of MS Office products

Job Summary:We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team.
The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth administrative processes, and contributing to overall office efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:

Perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents as needed.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Support various departments with administrative tasks as required.
Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
