The purpose of this role is to provide quality customer service and administrative services to the business to enable supply of quality warehouse, transport, supply base and project services by Toll Energy. Reporting to the Warehouse and Transport Manager, the successful candidate is responsible for ensuring all administrative tasks are carried out in an effective and efficient manner. The tasks will encompass (but not limited to), weekly timesheet / payroll management, all invoicing and purchase order requirements, contractor qualification management, site access and financial reporting.Some of your responsibilities may include and not limited to:Provide administration support to the operations manager and other BU within the operationEnsure all relevant consumables are accessible for employees on siteMonthly Reporting to Client, retrieving data from MixTelematics, MTData, Power BI, SAP etcMaintain Site visitor checklist and conduct Inductions when neededManage Quotes, Invoices and Purchase Order requirementsOrganise all additional External Training i.e. First Aid, Fire Warden, Handle DG Substances, Prepare for Transport of DG, Load Restraint training, etc.Organise Onboarding and training for new employees, creating accounts, online training/inductionsWhat you will bring to be successful in this role:Previous experience in transport and logistics highly desirable or the willingness to learn and succeed.Very strong written and verbal skills.Intermediate computer skills with particularly strong focus on excel skills.A safety champion and a focus on compliance and safetyDemonstrated time management, delegation and prioritising skills.Why Join Us?Opportunity to work in a fast-paced and growing industry.Supportive team environment.Professional growth and development opportunities.If you are ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role in logistics, apply now and become a vital part of our team!You must be entitled to work in Australia and be prepared to undertake pre-employment checks including a criminal history check and medical.
