Administration Officer

We are currently offering an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Administration Officer to become part of our expanding Boral Asphalt team in Welshpool WA.
This is a 15-month Fixed Term contract.
Reporting directly to the WA Area Manager, this role is crucial to providing key support and overseeing the administrative requirements for the WA Asphalt team.
Your day will involve: Maintain the current maintenance management system, Maximo.Compliance & Induction.Updating and distributing reports for various internal business stakeholders.Forecast & schedule planned maintenance activities.Organise Purchase Orders and vendors.What are we looking for? Experience in a similar Administration role ideally within the civil contracting/construction/project management industries (or similar).Exposure to Maximo & Oracle systems (preferred but not essential).Excellent organisational skills and an eye for detail.Strong time management skills and the ability to resolve issues.Ability to meet deadlines, work under pressure and see tasks through to completion.Strong verbal and written communications skills and numerical accuracy.What's on offer?
