About Us

We are a CPA accounting firm based in Brisbane's southern suburbs, committed to providing tailored, high-quality service to our clients. We offer a supportive team environment with a relaxed atmosphere, ensuring both our team and clients feel valued.

We're looking for an enthusiastic, organized, and self-motivated individual to support our practice manager and accounting team with various office tasks.

This is a Part-Time position, with the option to discuss Full-Time if that suits your needs. Ideally, you'll work 25+ hours per week, but we're flexible and happy to accommodate your schedule, including school drop-offs or other commitments.

Experience in an accounting public practice is a bonus, but not essential. If you're eager to learn, we're ready to provide on-the-job training for the right person.

What We're Looking For

Strong Excel and Word skills to keep things running smoothly.
Experience with the Handisoft suite is a big plus!
Top-notch communication skills—both verbal and written.
A can-do attitude and stellar organizational abilities.
Sharp attention to detail and accurate data entry.
Ability to work independently and as a collaborative team member.

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:

Tackling a variety of office tasks while supporting our superstar accountants.
Being the friendly voice on the phone and the welcoming face for our clients.
Sorting and managing mail, including scanning and sending out correspondence.
Assigning tasks to accountants to keep workflows seamless.
Liaising with the ATO and downloading essential reports.
Handling ASIC communications and managing client correspondence.
Assisting with inquiries and jumping in to help wherever needed.
