Overall, the role undertakes a range of administrative tasks that support the team to focus on quality service provision.Participate in the smooth running of centre servicesProvide general administration duties to ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations of LikeMind including message taking, maintaining stationery resources, photocopying, and mailing correspondence.Under supervision, data entry of confidential information into relevant databases and information management systems.Oversee office equipment and report defects.Report when observing areas for centre maintenance including Workplace Health and Safety requirements, hazard inspections, safe practice, and environment audits as required.Requirements:Ideally a Cert III in Business Administration or similar qualificationExcellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, meet deadlines, work well with others, and manage communications and information confidentiallyExcellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to maintain a calm, pleasant, and respectful manner whilst dealing with a diverse range of people, in particular to respond with respect and sensitivityExperience in a similar role working in a healthcare/medical settingDemonstrated ability to exercise initiative, solve problems, and seek counsel where appropriate.Good computer skills and use of the Microsoft Office suiteAbility to work independently and contribute positively as a team memberMust be eligible to apply/currently hold a WWCCMust hold a current/be willing to apply for NDIS worker screening clearanceVaccination against COVID-19 is a requirement for all positions and is in accordance with Stride policy.
