Job Title: Administrative Assistant (Administration & Office Support)
Employment Type: Full time
We are currently recruiting for an administration officer to support our quarrying, construction, and property development business units. This is a Monday to Friday, office-based position and would suit applicants seeking a full-time role. We offer a friendly working environment and a supportive team culture. Full training would be provided.
Duties include: Data entry and processing for payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, human resource, finance and marketing functions and backing up for other staff as requiredReception - answering phones and using initiative to deal with quotes and enquiriesOrdering and stock controlMinimum Requirements: An office administration backgroundAble to work with minimum supervisionAccuracy and attention to detailCritical thinking and problem-solving skillsStrong communication skills, both written and verbalA positive and mature attitudeIf you feel that you are suited to this position, please submit your resume together with a brief cover letter.
