Your new role:Based at our Paget operations in Mackay, this is a permanent role that reports to our Branch Manager.
This role will see you provide administrative support for our Mackay hire team.
Daily you will have the opportunity to work with a range of internal stakeholders as well as customers to assist with the hire of our modular buildings across the region.
Other key responsibilities will include:
Managing transport and logistic requirements for the branchManaging vendor orders and paymentsCoordinating administrative tasks for the branch; po's, quotes, stock takes and asset managementEfficiently managing queries from vendors and clientsSupporting Manager and Sales team with administrative tasksAbout you:We are looking to hear from candidates with first class communication skills and ability to prioritise tasks.
Previous experience in an administrative role, possibly within the building, construction, or resources industries will be highly regarded.
