We're looking for a skilled Administration Officer to join our Learning Outcomes Directorate.
The Administrative Officer is accountable for overseeing the financial administration and operational support of the Learning Outcomes directorate.
This role is responsible for the administrative management of the directorate's annual budget, contracts and service agreements, staff professional development logistics, financial and analytical reports, and utilisation and forecast of business unit and school staffing to support team outcomes.
The Administration Officer is accountable for: Track and reconcile the directorate's annual budget ensuring accurate financial tracking and reportingCollaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure smooth financial and administrative operations across the directorateContract Management:Administer and oversee contracts and service agreementsUtilise Vendor Panel for efficient contract managementDirectorate Professional Development Support:Administer financial and logistical aspects of directorate professional development programsTrack and report on directorate professional development activities and expensesReporting and Analysis:Prepare and generate financial and analytical reports for various teams within the directorateUtilise data visualisation tools to present information effectivelyEnterprise Application Capabilities:Maintaining proficiency in enterprise applications including TechOne, Tableau, Vendor Panel, FCM Australia, Google Suite, and Microsoft Excel to ensure efficient operations.About you: Tertiary qualifications in the relevant area of studyStrong understanding and application of strategic marketing principles within specific contextsCreative thinker in a process-oriented environmentProficient in gathering and analysing dataSkilled in managing collaborative relationships with stakeholdersService-oriented and able to work both autonomously and collaboratively within a teamExcellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)Capable of efficiently and effectively managing multiple tasks and competing priorities, and meeting tight deadlinesYour application Your application will include the following:
